Hummingbird Express is an agile and cost-effective alternative to traditional market research for those burning questions healthcare marketers, sales executives, and medical executives may have for their customers. We give you access to a wide range of validated healthcare professionals as an alternative to the key opinion leaders that tend to provide guidance through avenues such as advisory boards.

Hummingbird Express is an avenue to ask personalised questions yourself directly to your target customers through an online platform and receive informed responses directly to you without the involvement of a market researcher:

  • Step 1: Select the HCP Type (and up to 3 sub-quotas or specialties).
  • Step 2: Submit one question, which may include a stimulus (up to 2 pages and max 2 MB), and ask up to 3 follow-up probes. It is reasonable to expect an HCP to spend up to 20 minutes per question including probes.
  • Step 3: Your question will be sent to the HCP type(s) of your choice, and we guarantee answers from 3 HCPs within a maximum of 2 business days, otherwise you will be refunded the question.
  • Step 4: The HCPs will give an additional response with a minimum number of words and answer up to 2 follow up questions relating to the original query. Once the response is complete the user will rate their response.
  • Subscribe to a question bundle of your choice to be used within 12 months:

  • Choose how you want to ask your questions:
    • Each question will be sent to fresh HCPS (use the 3 follow-up probes tc seek more feedback and clarification from the same HCP).
    • Send the same question to different HCPs, with each HCP type counting as one question, or send different questions to different HCPs. Each question and each HCP type will be counted as one question.
    • When you send each question is up to you – you simply submit through the hummingbirdexpress.com.au  online platform.

1. HCP verification: Hummingbird Express employs a vigorous verification process, including credential validation, to ensure reliable professional advice.

 

2. Confidentiality is guaranteed. No one else has access to your questions and responses other than Hummingbird staff who will review for operational and adverse event purposes.

 

3. How are the health care professionals reimbursed? Incentives will be reimbursed to the HCP in accordance with FMV (available to clients on request). Contact Hummingbird Insight accounts team for more information.

 

4. Do we provide adverse event reporting? Adverse Event monitoring and reporting is available for an additional $1,000 fee to cover the cost of training, monitoring and reporting adverse events. HCPs will pre-consent to adverse events reporting and contact details can be provided if they consent to identification for the purposes of adverse event reporting.

 

5. Question design is the responsibility of the question asker. Hummingbird will not assist in design.
