Hummingbird Express is an online platform that gives sales, marketing, or medical executives from companies involved in healthcare and related services the chance to ask a simple question and receive a timely and personalised response directly from the validated Healthcare Professionals on our panel.

Our panel gives healthcare professionals (HCPs) an opportunity to share your experience and opinion in your specialty treatment areas. Your responses better enable our clients to understand how patients are managed throughout their journey with their medical condition. You will be reimbursed according to FMV and tier as shown below.

• The healthcare company will submit a question, which may include a piece of material to review (up to 2 pages and max 2 MB).
• An SMS and an email will be sent to the first 5 HCPs listed who meet the criteria. It will include the question summary.
• The HCP has up to 24 hours to hit either button – ‘not this time’ and it will skip to the next most suitable panel member or ‘accept’ after which they have up to 12 more hours to respond.
• The first 3 to respond will be passed along to the client – after which a ‘This question is closed’ message will appear. (The 2 who have not yet responded will receive a message notifying them the question has closed).
• The response will be completed in a chat window similar to those you may already use with other apps and websites and can be managed on your mobile phone, tablet, laptop or pc.
• The client may ask up to 3 additional questions for clarification on your response – but not introduce a new subject.
• This will take no more than 20 minutes of your time.
